Behind every great network, there are stories of great networkers that know how to get things done.
Sid Helischauer is a networking legend. He has been networking in the city of Calgary for more than 35 years and has used networking to build two successful businesses and find a wife! Sid and Rashi met at a CIBN Connect networking event in 2018 and they were married in 2021, celebrating the event with family, friends and networking colleagues.
Sid is a dynamic networking mentor that knows how to lead others to success. With a background in photography, he has a keen eye for excellence and his business wisdom is filled with fresh insights.
Rashi is an event planner who adds flare to our Calgary Business Network and CIBN Connect events.

This organization has helped business owners to thrive through the ups and downs of the oil and gas sector. We have helped entrepreneurs to excel through the challenges of 2020 and today we continue to offer the connections, the training, and the strategies that will see you through whatever ebbs and flows that the market will bring.
Our Vision
The Calgary Business Network is one network within the CIBN Connect global empire. We are a global movement designed to impact the world with a more modern form of networking that works better in today's environment.
Traditional networking was born out of the feudal system with the merchant guilds in Europe. The last invention enjoyed by networkers was the business card.
Today we have tools available to us as networkers that have never before been implemented on a communal level. CIBN Connect offers training, strategy and collaboration using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom, Video Training, Apps, and our very own Chrome Extension.
We are to networking, what UBER has been to the world of taxis. This is modern networking with a purpose!
